How long does my order take to ship?

We currently ship within the United States Only. All U.S. orders ship for a $10.55 flat rate for 1st item and $1 for each additional item.

All our candles are shipped from Somerton, AZ.

Once you place your order, an email confirmation will be delivered to your inbox after the order is successfully submitted. When your handmade candles are shipped out, another notification will arrive in a second email with package tracking information.

Orders within the US, can be expected to arrive 7-10 business days after placing your order. All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS.

All average shipping times assume no delays. We take special care in packaging your candles to protect them from weather and possible damage during transit. However, in extreme hot or cold conditions, we recommend minimizing the time a delivered good remains outside (e.g.: on a patio/doorstep).

What is your return policy? 

We gladly accept returns.

Contact us within 3 days of delivery. Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery

We don’t often accept cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your candle, please contact us and we will discuss the problem and the solution. You may get a full refund for a product after you return it in its original condition within 7 business days. The cost for shipping back to seller needs to be covered by the buyer.

What if my items were damaged during shipping?

If your merchandise gets damaged during the shipping, please photograph it to provide good documentation. Photos of original packaging need to be included. Sometimes, the Insuring Agency requests the presentation of the box and packing material at the local PO. Please keep them until claim is resolved. These are requirements of the insuring agencies
